i try the acai berry diet and with the colon cleanser it does work because i lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks but with a good diet and working out their not magical pills if ur not on a diet and working out is not gonna work

Can you eat complex carbs like oatmeal and wheat grain spaghetti noodles. I do eat carbs…complex carbs though. Will I see results if I still incorporate a complex carb intake in my meals? Or do I have to eliminate all carbs even the good carbs(complex carbs) all together in order to see my results?

actually eating less food does not help, ur body will notice if ur not eating and ur body will think to itself “oh… im not getting fed anymore, better save some fat incase of an emergency”…. the key is to eat the same… but put it in smaller meals but eat more often
